Carbonless copy forms are useful for service orders, receipts, invoices, packing lists, and more.
These three part forms are printed on 20 lb. paper. The 3-part forms include a top white sheet with yellow and pink carbon copies. They are bound in pads with glue on the short edge of the forms.
You can choose to have them printed in full color or in a more economical single color.
Choose whether you would like your forms to be with or without numbering.
Size is 5.5" x 8.5".
